Domenico graduated with honours from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2022. He completed his thesis in Administrative Procedural Law under the supervision of Professor Andrea Carbone. In the same year, he began his professional career by joining the law firm Police&Partners, where he completed his legal traineeship.
Since 2024, he has been a PhD student in the “Public Law Studies” programme (40th cycle) at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. His research focuses on standing to sue in administrative proceedings, with a focus on the standing of Independent Administrative Authorities.
In 2025, Domenico was admitted to the bar with the highest marks.
