Aldo graduated with honours in 2023 from the University of Trento, having completed a thesis on administrative liability for financial loss to the public purse under the supervision of Prof. Flavio Guella.
In the same year, he began his professional career at Police & Partners, where he successfully completed his legal training. In April 2024, he earned with honours a LL.M. in Administrative Law (MIDA) from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, with a dissertation on the topic of “The flexible scope of the subjective element in administrative liability. Aspects of Decree-Law No. 76/2020 and Legislative Decree No. 36/2023”, supervised by Prof. Aristide Police.
Since 2024, he has been a PhD student in “Public Law Studies” (40th cycle) at Tor Vergata University of Rome.
Aldo was admitted to the bar in June 2025.
