Claudia Nicolini graduated cum laude in 2020 at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, defending a thesis in administrative law with Professor Alfredo Moliterni entitled “The administrative courts between action and deference: the case of technical discretion”. She began her traineeship working with Professor Aristide Police in the administrative law department of the international law firm Clifford Chance. She was admitted to the bar in 2022.
