Having graduated cum laude in 2011 at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, defending a thesis in administrative law with Professor Police on the Public Administration’s executive bodies, he then obtained a PhD at the same University, with a thesis on “The extraordinary appeal to the President of the Republic: the new reasons to consider it an alternative measure”. In 2011 he joined the administrative law department of the international law firm Clifford Chance, thus starting a successful professional collaboration with Professor Aristide Police. He advises on matters of administrative law, both in and out of court, and focuses in particular on public contracts, town planning and environmental law, public competitions and public employment. He was admitted to the bar in 2014. He authored several publications on administrative law. He is a member of the Young Administrative Lawyers Association.
