Paolo Roberto Molea graduated cum laude in 2007 at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, defending a thesis on the subject of the Administrative Court’s review of the Public Administration’s failure to conclude an administrative procedure (silenzio) with Professor Franco Gaetano Scoca. In 2007, he started to work with Professor Police at the international law firm Clifford Chance, later becoming a Senior Associate. In addition to the study of civil and administrative procedural law, he advises Clients in the field of both consulting and litigation, in matters of administrative law, regulatory law and, with extensive experience, energy law, focussing in particular on the incentives for renewable energy sources, cogeneration and energy efficiency. He also assists public companies and advises on proceedings before the Italian Supreme Audit Institution. He was admitted to the bar in 2011, and he authored several publications on administrative procedural law. Paolo Roberto Molea was ammitted in 2021 to practice before the Italian Supreme Court, having passed the final exam for enrolment in the special register for practising before the higher courts.
