Avv. Alessandro Parini (1987 – 2023)
Making kindness, firmness and irony his personal and unique calling card, Alessandro has been able to present himself to each of us as an exceptional professional, giving meaning to the teaching according to which one argues only when we are not able to discuss.
This quality is certainly invaluable for a great Lawyer like him but it becomes inestimable while thinking of the Friend he has been – and will continue to be, albeit in other roles – for each of us.
Alessandro Parini graduated cum laude from LUISS “Guido Carli” University in 2011, defending a thesis in administrative and tax law with Professor Massimo Basilavecchia on administrative law agreements in the tax collection phase. Since his traineeship, he began working with the international law firm Clifford Chance and, in particular, in the administrative law department headed by Professor Police. In 2019, he obtained a PhD in public law at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, with a thesis on “Competition and public procurement: between freedom of enterprise and support for SMEs”. Focused on both litigation and legal advice, he dealed with administrative and regulatory law matters, with specific focus on public contracts, competition and electronic communications law, both in and out of court. He was admitted to the bar in 2014. He authored several publications on administrative law. He was a member of the Young Administrative Lawyers Association. Alessandro Parini was ammitted in 2022 to practice before the Italian Supreme Court, having passed the exam for enrolment in the special register for practising before the higher courts.
