Recognised in 2019 as\u00a0Next Generation Lawyer<\/em><\/strong> and in 2020 as\u00a0Next Generation Partner<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in the field of administrative law (Legal500), Filippo Degni gained professional experience working in the firm of\u00a0Professor Franco Gaetano Scoca<\/strong>. In 2007, together with Professor Police, he joined the international law firm Clifford Chance, where he was appointed\u00a0Counsel\u00a0in the Administrative Law Department in 2014. At the same time, he deepened his knowledge of administrative law. First, he obtained a PhD in public law at the\u00a0Alma Mater Studiorum \u2013 University of Bologna and then, a\u00a0research grant<\/strong>\u00a0in public law economics at the LUISS \u201cGuido Carli\u201d (2010); over the years he has been a\u00a0teacher<\/strong>\u00a0for Masters, training courses and university lectures. The professional experience gained over the years in the entire sector is extensive and significant, particularly in matters of public procurement, regulatory and organisational autonomy of public bodies, telecommunications law, environmental law and town planning law. Filippo Degni was admitted to the bar in 2004 and\u00a0in 2016 to practice before the Italian Supreme Court<\/strong>, having passed the final exam for enrolment in the special register for practising before the higher courts.<\/p>\n<\/div>
